BAR SERVICE
With passion, expertise and creative dedication, our bar team is constantly expanding the boundaries of traditional gastronomy. For lovers of beers, wines and cocktails, the bar menu presents a tasteful mix of classics, favorites and innovative new creations. The heart of the Papiersaal is the characteristic, spacious bar, one of the longest in Zurich. It is an attraction and a pivotal point – and not just for conversations between the chairs. We take our time to find each other's taste.
